Booking your Adventure.
To reserve a place or places on any of our holidays, we require a completed booking form with all your details and a deposit payment of £100 per person. We'll send you a receipt for your deposit by post.

Full payment must be received within 56 days of the holiday start date at which point you will receive the vital joining instructions.

How to book

	1.	Call us on 0845 430 9516 to check availability on the trip that you wish to book. (We will hold spaces until the arrival of the booking form and deposit.)

	2.	Download, print and complete the booking form. (If you would like a booking form and tour information by post please call or email us and we will be happy send it to you.)

	3.	Return the completed booking form and a cheque to: Rolling Earth Travel Ltd Top Floor 9 Royal Park Terrace Edinburgh EH8 8JD

You will receive your receipt and vital information shortly afterwards.
